We try to display accurate descriptions, images and prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

An order is confirmed once payment is verified (for online payments) or the order is accepted (for Cash on Delivery, where available). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil, with a full refund of any amount paid.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped from your orders page. Eligible products can be returned as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Coupons and offers are subject to their stated conditions, validity dates and usage limits, and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, RGEnterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
